Uniform Sales Specialist / Fabric Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Uniform Sales Specialist who can handle new leads, speak confidently with potential clients, arrange meetings, visit companies in person, and convert inquiries into business.

The person should have good knowledge of uniforms, fabrics, and garment basics, along with strong communication skills in Hindi and English. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, client meetings, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and new leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Connect with potential clients and understand their uniform requirements
• Explain products, fabrics, sizes, customization options, and service process
• Fix meetings with interested prospects
• Visit client offices/locations for presentations and discussions
• Build trust with decision-makers such as HR, admin, purchase, and management teams
• Convert leads into confirmed orders
• Follow up regularly with prospects until closure
• Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, quotations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for samples, quotations, and order requirements
• Understand client feedback and help improve sales approach
• Represent the company professionally in every client interaction

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confidence in speaking with new business leads
• Basic to good knowledge of fabrics, uniforms, and garment products
• Ability to explain product features clearly
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Presentable personality and professional behavior
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
• Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in uniform sales, garment sales, textile sales, or B2B sales
• Knowledge of corporate, hospital, hotel, school, restaurant, or industrial uniforms
• Experience in lead conversion and client handling
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
